The questions operators ask first.
- How long does setup take?
- Most single spaces are live in two to four weeks — one week to map doors, members, and billing, then a short pilot before you cut over. Portfolios roll out site by site.
- Who owns the data?
- You do. Members, bookings, invoices, and access history belong to your organization, and you can export them at any time. We never sell or share operational data.
- What happens to access if the internet or power goes down?
- Doors fail secure — they stay locked rather than releasing, and existing credentials continue to work at the controller where hardware supports it. Staff are the fallback for entry, and every offline event is reconciled into the audit trail once connectivity returns.
- Do members need a new app or badge for every door?
- No. One member record drives every door, room, and network they're entitled to, and permissions change the moment their membership or booking does.
- How does pricing work?
